Just curious on the reasoning for mixed groupings. I know it used to be popular for C-tiers, but PDGA changed the guideline on that recently so that divisions should be kept together, even first round (not sure if the change was this year or a previous year). I'm referencing 1.06. The exception for C-Tiers in 6.03.E no longer applies for U.S. tournaments.
