Unfortunately that is not how the refund policy works. We would need the event to fill in order to issue refunds to those who had dropped so close to the event date. Your player's pack is available to be picked up during your next visit to the Beaver Ranch Pro Shop. Best of luck this season!

It is unfortunate you were injured a day before the tournament. Per PDGA guidelines any request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play are not entitled to a refund. If we had a waitlist that we could have filled your spot from, then you would have been eligible for a refund. Hopefully you can still appreciate the value of your Player's Pack disc we have set aside for you! Best of luck with your injury - hope you can get back out there soon!
