He's talking about Westchester. I completely agree with pulling the baskets (and I'm positive that most of you do too). This gives the ground an honest chance of getting healthy enough to put up with the 400+ daily rounds come summer. Consider all the work we did out there. We still have work to do, there's no reason to add to the work load. Plus, Parks and Rec is saying approx. 2 weeks. I hope it's dry by then. Doubt it, but hopeful. The bad part of the deal is that Kincaid will take most of that traffic.
