Hey all it's been a pleasure playing our snow limited winter with you. Thanks for coming out. The PDGA was having some website issues so I delayed this post until it resolved so that I could see the preliminary ratings. I'll make a few posts this week to recap, but this post will be for the series standings.
As we have done the last 3(?) series, we are taking the top 7 point rounds of each participant to determine final placement. That keeps the guys that show up for every round (Dan) from automatically taking 1st. But at the same time it does give the ironmen an advantage as it gives more room for dropping a dud week. Other players that miss a week or two still have a solid chance to place at the top as you'll see in the standings below.
The top 10 series finishers are listed below with their rounds played and preliminary series rating. The rating may change once the rounds are finalized with the PDGA before posting with the May ratings update.
1st. 305 Points - Dan Allen, 10 Rounds, 949 Series Rating
2nd. 290 - James Robinson, 9 Rds, 952 R
3rd. 280 - Morgan Leeds, 10 Rds, 931 R
4. 277.5 - Scott Groves, 7 Rds, 945 R
5. 242.5 - Allen Black, 8 Rds, 934 R
6. 227.5 - Killian Flannery, 7 Rds, 931 R
6. 227.5 - David Sramek, 7 Rds, 926 R
8. 222.5 - Naz Munoz, 9 Rds, 904 R
9. 215 - Weslee Moon, 9 Rds, 902 R
10. 187.5 - Tyler Rus, 8 Rds, 899 R
Custom trophy mini's have been commissioned. Once the ratings have finalized in May, the mini's will be created and handed out to Dan, James, and Morgan.
