I wanted to send over some items for preparation to ensure you have a great time tomorrow & have all the information you need for a good day!
CHECK-IN is mandatory for all players and will take place from 7:45am-9am. Anyone who does not check in by that time will be presumed absent and may be removed & replaced from the event. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK IN! Amateur players will grab their player's pack (disc & shirt) at this time. This will take place at the Pavilion. Send me a message if you are running behind.
PARKING is the same as it always is at Anna Page - PARK IN PARKING SPOTS & ALONG THE ROAD. STAY OFF OF THE GRASS! Be respectful & try to park near your starting hole. The tournament staff is not responsible for tickets, towing, or damage from discs.
At 9am there will be a PLAYERS MEETING FOR ALL PLAYERS! Please attend and listen up for pertinent last-minute information for the event.
PDGA Digital Scorecard will be used as the main scoring method for this event. All players are required to keep score. You can use the PDGA digital scorecard through the PDGA App, or on your phone's web browser at pdga.com/score. I will have paper cards for anyone who does not wish to keep score on their phone. The access code for tomorrow will be: THING
Lunch will be at least one hour in between rounds for your pool. Once the last card finishes in each pool, card assignments & round 2 tee times will be posted to PDGA ASAP. If you are going to DNF at any point, please let me know.
Amateurs, Round 1 will be "Card CTPs!" Your card picks a hole during round 1, and whomever is CTP (closest to pin) on that hole wins a disc! Winners, come see me after round 1 to claim your prize! There will be BuzzzSaw CTP's for round 2 on each course for all Ams.
Pros, please inform me ASAP if your PayPal that you signed up with is different than where payout needs to be sent.
Payouts & awards will commence approximately 15 minutes after your pool/division has finished round 2.
BATHROOMS ARE OPEN AT ANNA PAGE! With over 200 people coming through tomorrow, maybe pack an extra roll of toilet paper just in case! There is a women's restroom, men's restroom, family restroom & portable restroom on site.
