They replied to my question and said MA50 with MA55 is ok because we are both eligible to play MA50. MA with MP is not because our eligibility does not cross divisions, if I understand correctly.

MA and MP cannot register together. MA's can sign up as a team pending both players meet the criteria of the chosen division.
