Its understandable that you're frustrated and even understandable that you express your frustration on here. But this is your 11th comment and I wouldn't really classify a lot of them as respectful. I'm sure Andrew knows he's made a mistake and he's apologized and offered full refunds. I'm sure he knew you were frustrated after the first comment and I'm sure he's gone through countless situations in his head to try to make people more happy. In terms of added cash I'm pretty sure this is the 2nd most in Ohio and he deserves some props. Even if he made a big mistake it comes to a point where it's just beating a dead horse.
