Week 3 of the Deer Lakes League was a true test of skill and resilience as fierce winds swept through the course, making every shot a challenge. Despite the tough conditions, Matt Rosier battled his way to back-to-back victories in the Open Division, firing an impressive -13 (53) to take first place and an $18 payout. In the Advanced Division, Joshua Dymun delivered a lights-out performance, torching the course with a -14 (52) to claim the win and $14. Reegan Hanley showed consistency in the Intermediate Division, securing his second consecutive victory with a steady -7 (59) to take home $15. Over in the Recreational Division, Brett Say conquered the elements with a stellar -8 (58), earning a $14 payout.
While the wind made scoring tough, no one managed to hit an ace or cash in on the birdie pots. However, Chris Lachendro proved his precision by winning the MPO/MA1 CTP for $8, while Brett Say added to his winnings by securing the other CTP for $6.
