I have emailed IDIO multiple times and have yet to hear back from them. It is UNHEARD of having to wait almost 5 months for a player pack item. There should be no backlog. The “promised” timelines that IDIO have provided been expired by weeks and months. I know personally, in the San Antonio,TX area , there are players still waiting for their shoes and or a tracking number. Ridiculous.

IDIO finally got back to me. They said they shipped the shoes to my address. They gave a tracking number …. Totally different address that it was delivered to, even after confirming the address on their order sheet. Lol.
