To help avoid confusion, here is an example of how each round will go:

Rounds 1 and 3 are best disc. If Zach and Madonna are on a team, both will tee off and they will choose their best drive from which to throw their next shot. They repeat until the hole is completed.

Round 2 is alternate shot and alternate tee. The team decides Zach will tee off on odd numbered holes and Madonna will tee off on even numbered holes. One person drives, then the teammate will throw from where that drive lands. The team will alternate shots until the hole is completed.
