League FAQs:
Q: Whats the difference between this league and the others around town?
A:
1. We don’t play for money. We’re amateurs playing for love of sport and competition.
2. We are sanctioned by the PDGA. All rounds are rated and you receive PDGA points.
3. Fees are paid up front for the league series (much like leagues for other sports)
4. We have a traveling schedule set up of courses around town to play through the series.
Q: What does the fee cover?
A: Bag Tag, entry to the sanctioned league, and sanctioned rounds. No additional fees. Just show up and play!
Q: My friend is playing in another division. Can we still play together?
A: Yes! As long as you’re playing the same tees. You can play with friends in other divisions.
Q: What if I can’t make it every weekend?
A: That’s ok. Just make the ones that you can. You’re not obligated to make it to every single round.
