Generally, bunkers will be played as a hazard (play from your lie with a 1-stroke penalty). Greens are considered out-of-bounds. Water is always out-of-bounds. We will make a decision about ice prior to the event. It will depend on the safety of the ice. Rules regarding bunkers and greens will also depend on current snow conditions.
