ICE BOWL = NO WHIMPS AND NO WHINERS!! This is our third ice bowl and we have more snow than we had the previous two years combined. It is gorgeous! The forecast for tomorrow is near 30. Ribbons are a must as the snow is deep. We will have ribbon and tape, too. Mike Elmore, Rita and I have the tee boxes ready and flagged. We stomped out a good path from hole to hole on snowshoes, and someone came thru with a snowmobile and there is a good hard packed main trail. Entry is $25 and any non-perishable food items you'd like to donate. All of the proceeds go to Benzie Food Partners. Registration will close at 10:15 and we will draw partners and play best shot scramble. We have some incredible prizes as we have 7 ctps and one longest putt. Thanks to Mike Ignace and Rudy Bishop for Ice Bowl merchandise, along with our other good friends: Tilley's Party Store, St. Ambrose, Sleeping Bear Farms, and Play it Again Sports. We will conclude with a good lunch thanks to Mike Elmore, Jim's BBQ in Honor, Papa J's in Lake Ann and Frankfort Eagles. We should conclude by 2pm. Come hitch your wagon to a lucky star!
