Hello everyone,
After speaking with the course management staff and the Stumptown Board of Directors, we have decided to postpone this event. Due to the ice and snow, there are entire sections of the course that cannot be set up properly. We have also discovered a significant amount of ice on the course making play dangerous. We cannot in good faith run an event under these conditions.
The new date for the event will be Sunday, March 30th, 2025. I will be sending out email updates for the new event with details such as practice days and official layout information.
We are offering full refunds to all currently registered players. If you would like to remain registered for the event on the new date, you don't have to do anything.
We appreciate all of you for your desire to play in the face of this weather. We can't wait to see you on the new date. Mother nature should be more co-operative by then.
