Hi there Tim,
We wish we could have had you out here playing. We had processed your refend but apologize for not responding to your message as we had been bogged down with tournament prep. Registration closed on 1/22 with no waitlist.
Per PDGA 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds Policy: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103
Section D, withdraw 29-15 days prior to the start of the event (with no waitlisters to fill your spot) PDGA's guidance for refund is at 50%.
Section E, withdraws within 14-days of the event (with no waitlisters to fill your spot), the PDGA's guidance is at a 25% refund. We received the request at 8 days prior to our event, (2 days after registration had closed, with no waitlisters) and chose to refund you 75%, which is 50% above PDGA guidelines.
