Options for picking up your bandana map and earned pins It is up to the individual participants to make arrangements to pick up their bandana map and any earned pins. The bandana map can be picked immediately but pins can only be picked up once they have been earned. Last year many participants waited until they had earned multiple pins before making arrangements to pick them up. Participants are welcome to make arrangements to pick up individual pins as well. Participants may utilize one, two, or all three of the options listed below to pick up their bandana map and earned pins. Option 1 Connect up with me at an event. I will announce on the PFC Facebook page when I am going to be at any PFC event (Leagues, tournaments, fundraisers, etc). I will have all earned pins and bandana maps at those events. (Example: I announced on the PFC Facebook page that I would be at the 2025 PFC Ice Bowl and many 2024 Pin Race participants picked up their earned pins at that event, even those who were not playing in the Ice Bowl). Option 2 Come to Canton. Since I live in Canton, anytime you are in the area you can contact me to make arrangements to pick up pins. I am the contact person and course manager for the Youth Acres course so that’s always a good time to pick up pins. If you are playing Big Creek or Cuba, you can also make arrangements to pick up pins. Or, as some did in 2024, you can make arrangements with me to pick them up at my house. Option 3 Have them mailed. For a flat rate of $10 I will ship the bandana map or any number of earned pins directly to you. The $10 fee covers only one shipment and includes the cost of postage, packaging, and my time and fuel driving to the post office. Payment for this option can be paid via Paypal to [email redacted]. Once payment is confirmed, the items will be mailed per the TD’s first availability to do so. Some may choose this option over option 2 just because the expense of a $10 shipping fee may still be cheaper than driving to Canton to pick up items.
