Statement of Refund Policy: "As of February 2, 2025 1:30 PM, all refunds have been processed. If you are needing to withdraw, your money is in the purse for your division. Substitutions may be accepted provided that the substitution replaces the player's spot in the chosen division, that the withdrawing player coordinates the substitution and successfully communicates pertinent new player information to the TD, and that there is reasonable time prior to the event as determined by the TD that such a substitution is feasible."
