Update for 01/27/25
As of today, tournament staff have decided that with current course conditions and projected forecast leading up to the event, that we are comfortable with increasing the field size to 100 players. This means everyone will likely be playing on a 5 person card and some cards will be mixed divisions. With 5 person cards I ask that everyone be mindful of your pace of play. Excessive slow play is no fun for anyone so be aware and ready to throw as timely as possible.
With this increase to field size we also have moved up the start time of round 1 to 9:30 AM. This will give some extra time for everyone to complete round 1 and have lunch around noon.
With this addition of 20 more players the event no longer has a waitlist therefore, if you are not able to play in the event you have until 01/29/25 at 11:59 PM to request a withdrawal and get a full refund. Any drop outs on 01/30/25 on later will be given a refund based on the PDGA refund policy, which is a 25% cash refund if event has no waitlist at that time.
