Was it the card that started on the hole behind you? Actions like that should definitely be reported to the TD. The players can be identified and addressed.

Actually Julius, I now see rule 802.02.G Order of Play states what you were talking about. None of the rest of us were aware of that rule.

If you're going to play PDGA-sanctioned tournaments, you really need to know the rules of disc golf.
