In the past, there have been very long wait times at the food truck. Is it possible to prep the food in batches instead of made to order to increase efficiency during the lunch rush? Last year vegetarian options were offered, however, some people waited in line for an hour only to be told at the front of the line, those options were either sold out, or didn't exist. Awesome event as always and looking forward to another fun year!
