Welcome to The Cabin Creek Holiday Open!
First off we want to thank each and every one of you for participating in our event. Cabin Creek has history and we are excited to bring you a tournament here.
Tournament Central will be located in the parking lot near hole one. Please check in so we can verify your starting group has a minimum of three players prior to tee off.
Please make sure your water bottles and trash get thrown away in the garbage cans. We want this beautiful property to stay beautiful.
All OBs and Mando will be in PDGA Live. This is our preferred scoring system. This is the easiest for everyone involved and the code for the event is CABIN. New this year, all players must keep score. Again PDGA Live is preferred but udisc or paper is fine as long as someone is using PDGA Live.
Parking will be tight so please follow our instructions as you come in.
PLEASE NOTE…The entrance is a shared driveway as you pull in. You want to go to the left. The neighbor has flagged his driveway for winter so please don’t mistake this as our tournament.
We have a very packed field for the event so pace of place is very important. The whole card must look for lost discs and after three minutes the disc is considered lost. Rethrow from previous spot with penalty and keep moving.
The course flows pretty smooth but we will have players everywhere. Please be safe.
This is a pdga sanctioned event. Please make sure you are familiar with the rules of the pdga while participating in an event.
All tee pads will be marked by pink flags and are numbered. Please make sure you are at the proper tee pads before throwing. This property is also a paintball course now. There are many paintball related items on some holes. If you land inside any of there please take casual relief up to a meter behind it and continue play.
If no aces are hit we will throw off CTP for the ace fund.
