Chance Leavelle Currently there are pink flags lining the left side of 16's fairway all the way up to the mando sign. Will that be considered OB and is the mando in effect? I thought the ruling didn't allow that one to exist but I also feel like they've updated the signage since the rule changed way back Dec 27, 2024
