Once again, Dude Charity has found a way to bring people together to help others and I couldn't be happier to be a part of the team!
Yesterday was our second disc golf tournament, part of our Dude, Dank, Disc Winter Series; THE SOCK DRIVE.
36 golfers showed up with donations of cash and HUNDREDS of socks. We'll be handing out the socks with the coats we distribute around Central Ohio.
Thanks to our title sponsor Aaron Jorden with Capital City Handyman Services (please click the name and follow!) and many others who made the day a great success. The cash donations from our sponsors will go toward purchasing even more socks and the raffle items everyone donated really added to the fun and fundraising!
Jim Toll Johnny Annarino Zachary Aaron Samuel L. Morris and yours truly all worked extremely hard to make this happen and it was worth every second! Jim and I played as partners in the first event but both decided it's somehow even more fun to hang ar tourney HQ and watch all the players walk by, smiling, laughing, ribbing, and sometimes pouting...
