Due to all the forms that need to be filled out and processed we are not taking any registrants that have not filled out the 5512 form and emailed it to [email redacted] or dropped off at BLDG 777 at the front gate of NAS Pensacola. Once this is complete, please let me know.
As long as you sent in the form you are good. We will hopefully know once we have a list of everyone accepted and rejected and blast out that information via email. If you have a not-so tech savvy friend that you know playing, please confirm with them that they went through this process. There will be security checking ID's on Saturday and I would hate for anyone to be turned away.
Also, considering this process we will not be adding anyone to this event after 7pm today.
I know this is not ideal and I apologize but this is what we have to do in order to proceed with this event.
