Hey Daniel! We're stoked to have you as a member of the BRDGA, and I'm happy to officially confirm that we are a 501(c)(3) charity nonprofit. We were granted the status in April of this year, and we're very grateful to be the benefactor of the 10th Crush. I do not want you (or anyone) to feel like anything was improperly done in regards to the charity aspect, and please know we take the responsibility of the designation seriously and to heart.
