All amateur payouts expire 12/31/2024. The default method of payout is at the physical store located at 623 N Central St, Ste C., Olathe, KS 66061. If you would like an online code to order from the website you will need to proactively request one. If you would like to combine family member payouts, we can do that if requested. The online codes will not cover shipping.
