You are welcome to Caddy for a player if you'd like, but would need to adhere to the same conduct rules as outlined by the PDGA. If the group that the player you would like to follow is okay having you walk with them, go for it. If not, you may walk behind them provided you do not disturb other competitors or impact pace of play.
