Hello Joe. Players must check in at Tournament HQ by 8:55AM. If they do not, their spot will be given to the first person on the wait-list if they are present. If the first person on the wait-list is not present, then we will go to the second person and so forth until any vacant spots are filled. If there is no one on the wait-list present, then we are free to fill any open spots with players that are present.
