Hello everyone!
I just wanted to make a quick announcement with some info about the event tomorrow. I’ve updated the registration page with complete details, so for more in-depth info, check the “About” section.
Flex start is 3:00pm until 9:30pm. Show up any time during this window to check-in, get your player pack items, and form a card if you don’t already have one.
Scoring will be done on physical cards rather than Udisc since the app doesn’t support ace race scoring.
We’ll have some food available around 5-7pm. We’re doing potluck style, so feel free to bring a dish or snack to pass. I’ll be bringing some hot dogs and a pot of chili.
First place in MA and FA will each receive an MVP Disc Station II thanks to our sponsors! Prizes will also be awarded to second and third in each division, as well as for all juniors!!
We’ll be raffling off an MVP Black Hole Pro HD portable basket. You’ll receive one free raffle ticket with your player pack and additional raffle tickets will be available for sale (and to win)!!
Prizes will be announced and awarded around 10:30pm and the raffle will follow. If you’re unable to stick around, I’ll be in touch with you to make arrangements and get your winnings to you!
I’ll get results posted on the registration page and our sponsor’s Instagram (@dolfindiscs) as soon as possible after the event!
We still have three spots available. I’ll keep registrations open until they are all claimed and will accept day-of registrations if available. The registration page will stay updated with how many spots are remaining.
I plan to head up to Oxbow just after sunrise Sunday morning to make sure the course is cleaned up. If anyone wants to join me for a casual round and course cleanup, feel free to meet me up there.

Sunday starting at 11:30am, the Chittenango Volunteer Fire Auxiliary is holding their Chicken BBQ at the Chittenango Fire House! They helped provide our cool division prizes, so make sure you swing by and grab some delicious food and support the awesome volunteers & first responders in the community!!!
