Player Information Email was just sent out. With a event this large there is a possibility your spam filter may have picked up the email, with that said we will not be re-sending to individual player emails if you did no receive it, ALL player emails will have a google document copy posted in the about section of this event page for you to find. Starting Sunday 11/3/2024 Every Night a player email will go out approximately by 7pm.

Please note: Over the next week+ the event staff will be actively working on various items and preparations for the event, due to this we may be somewhat delayed in response times on here and via email. We will do our best to answer questions nightly or if we are able to, during the down time through the day: Thank you all and we look forward to seeing you out on the courses!
