Got a couple lakes. North Sterling and Prewitt Reservoir. Both are about 25min away from the town. The city does not allow tent camping in parks without a permit unfortunately. For trailers, Walmart seems to allow overnight parking in their lots, away from the building, near the road. The lot stays well lit.

North Sterling Reservoir has a $10/Night fee but has hookups and camp sites. Prewitt is free, has no valid campsites or hookups. But note the state requires a valid hunting/fishing license to camp since it's a state lake.
