Now that we have our judges for the cook off here's how the judging will be. Each item is worth a max score of 10 points, that's 10 for brisket, 10 for chicken, 10 for ribs and 10 for the side or dessert. So, each team can get a max score of 40 points that will be deducted from the team score they got on the big course. The team with the overall best BBQ will be awarded "Grand Champion" and get an additional 15 points.
