Parma Hole 18 Left, Long and Right is Out of Bounds marked with Blue flags. Outside Green Flags is Hazard 1 stroke penalty play it where it lies. The Creek is Out of Bounds marked with Blue Flags.1 stroke penalty take up to 1 meter of relief. You only get assessed 1 penalty stroke per throw. Example if you land in the creek. take up to 1 meter of relief from where it went in mark your lie in the Hazzard you only get 1 penalty stroke.
