Mike Busch Question on the OB on 8. caddy guide says “water on left”, if the river bed directly to the left of the fairway is dry, is that still played as OB? or are we saying surrounded by water? Sep 27, 2024
Tom West Sep 28, 2024 Surrounded by water is OB unless it’s a puddle/standing water. Thanks!
