The refund policy is within PDGA guidelines. Jeff is doing his best to offer an A tier with a large amount of added cash in an area that is left off the map. Team Stony is a project of passion and the money for this event doesn't come out of thin air. When you sign up and are receiving a player pack it must be ordered which costs money. WIthdrawing from the event and expecting a 100% cash refund leaves Jeff holding the bag on the player pack that was ordered for you. The player pack is worth more than your entry fee so turning down the player pack and taking the 25% is a personal choice. If it were up to Jeff he would have an unlimited budget to back these events. He was talking about it last night while we were playing finals and hates that his hands are essentially tied. We were hoping for a solid turn out which would have helped immensely.

25% back or your 30 dollar player pack on a refund is a wild pdga guideline. Understand the reasoning as people could back out last minute and TD gets screwed on the merchandise investment. Tough situation for both parties but feel with 1 week until event maybe 50% refund would be more reasonable for both involved.
