Sorry, the TD fee is referring to the 15% C tier deduction allowed by the pdga. That part will be removed, it was just copied over from the previous event. That 15% is going to the TD to help make these events possible to have Open divisions.

"Minimum" does not mean you get to take the rest for yourself. It means that all fees can't exceed 15%. You literally moved the wording for TD Fee at $6.00 and took the percentage to match. The Tour Standard States that ALL Fee's must be posted (In other words you must state what the balance is being removed for. If it is a TD Fee, it can’t exceed the PDGA Fee Per player. ($6.00) would exceed the limit allowed to be taken as a TD Fee. Is the extra $6.00 being used in some other way other than a payment to the TD?

Sorry John that's incorrect. The 85% payout is separate from the fees you listed above. It is the Net Entry Fees which is the Gross Entry Fees minus the pass-through fees (PDGA fees, greens fees, bathroom fees, etc.). Tournaments don't event have to list that they are doing 85% payout, I just prefer to be fully transparent.
