Jason Michael Darow I ordered a 12.5 for shoes. At noon, they were out and gave me a 13 that someone had tried on. Possible to get the size I ordered? Makes sense that the line was slow if people were allowed to try on shoes and change their order.

Also, the grip bag I got had damage on the back support foam. Sep 6
