Happy September and MWS Finale! As I finalize all details now that the time is here I will update as much as I can!
Headstrong Physical Therapy Owner, Dr. Jess Evans, is setting up at Oshtemo from 8a to approx. 2p to offer warm ups, stretching techniques, and advice in any way you need! She is an amazing advocate for women and physical & mental health. She specializes in balancing strength training and neurological physical therapy to advocate for long term health. I'm excited to welcome her to the disc golf community in Kalamazoo. Be sure to talk to her next weekend!
