As we approach Saturday, everything is the same for the morning. However, some indicated that 2 rounds on this course would be more 'fun', so here is the announcement. Instead of another singles tournament, I have decided (at others' request) to host a best-shot, blind draw, doubles round, teeing off at 1300, or after the first-round folks have a chance to get a bite to eat. The doubles will cost $10 for those who played in the morning and that $10 will go to merch payout for 1st, 2nd and third places, depending on how many teams play. ShopTom will be our on-site vendor. If someone wants to play, but didn't play the first morning tournament, their cost will be $20. That $20 will get you a player pack (Used disc and a new mini) and $10 will go to the prize merch payout. Registration will be up to tee off. Tom takes cash and PayPal. Do not register for the doubles on DiscGolfScene.com, pay at Jack Mattox.
Finally, there is time to reach out to your friends, family and acquaintances to come out and enjoy the Jack Mattox Adventure course. Tournament play will help you with PDGA rules and the competition will help you step up your A game! Keep in mind this is the layout for our Honoring the Sacrifice Charity Disc Golf Tournament, so you will get an opportunity to familiarize yourself to the difficulties of this course, especially if you are playing MA3, MA4, FA, MJ, MA50, 60 or 70.
