Week 17 results are posted!
We had perfect weather for our final week of the regular season! 37 players competed for cash, prizes, and placement in the final standings.
At the end of the night, it was the team of Dallas Brown and Andrew Smith that held on for the win at -17. One off perfect and the -18 bounty. So close!
In addition to the $126 ace pot, I offered up the Pound Disc Golf fanny packs as ace bounties on holes 2-8. I must've been misheard though, because the two aces were on holes 1 and 9. ???? Abner Glas started his round with an ace on Hole 9 - first shot of the night! And later in the evening, Will Clark cashed in on Hole 1. Great aces by both to split the ace pot, but the ace bounties survive to next week!
We had lots of prizes up for grabs. To celebrate a couple of our sponsors, Nick Mannen/ Wild Discs and Next Adventure, I put together some prize packs.
Hole 3 CTP was for a Wild Discs Great White and a bunch of Next Adventure goodies. Abner was on a heater and took that CTP!
Hole 4 was another CTP for an Innova Glow Thunderbird and a Beyond the Wall Climbing pass, which Matt Nation claimed with a park job.
Lastly, for Longest Putt on Hole 5 we had a Wild Discs Angler and more Next Adventure goodies. Daniel Measures cashed the death putt to claim the prizes.
