If you've looked at the caddie book, you'll see that we're placing the target for Hole 18 PAST the pond. In expectation of throws being short and discs landing in the pond near the target, we're constructing a "net" of sorts, dubbed the "Disc Retention Barrier" (or DRB for short). The DRB will cover at least half of the "2nd pond", possibly more.
Why are we doing this? Well, why do men climb mountains or build pyramids? Because it's cool to do so. If you have a 100' roll of plastic safety fencing kicking around, donate it and we'll cover more of the pond.
