I’m driving up from Texas for this event if I make it in. I’m currently #8 on the waitlist. What happens if I don’t make it to check in on Monday? Can I still check in Tuesday if I get in off the waitlist last minute?

The waitlist is fully refunded at 5pm on Sunday 8/18, so you will know then if you are in or not. If you get in, but it looks like you are not going to make check-in, drop a note back and the check-in staff can give you further instructions.
