How do we see starting holes for MA3?

Hey Michael, could you provide some additional clarification? I'm not sure what you're referring to.

I can see which holes the people who are registered under MA1, MA2 etc are starting on, but it does not look like the starting holes are listed for MA3 or any other Blue layouts.

Ah, you're correct. Apparently I now need to publish the hole assignments twice, once for each layout. My apologies, it should be all set now.
