Disappointed yes, but completely understand. The tournament is slow filling with only 30 folks right now, so they need to make a change to possibly spark more interest. My question is.. I am wondering if the price will change? This could also bring more interest to the tournament, as it is a NorCal event which is why I am playing the back to back weekends. Either way, I will be there and appreciate the TDs making accommodations for our safety and to possibly make it available to those that cannot take the time off for a three day. I have seen tournaments I wanted to play this year get canceled for low interest, so I applaud the TDs for trying to make sure this event happens.

I am super disappointed. This is an expensive tournament and I paid for three days. I know what the weather is like in Browns Valley in July and I signed up with full knowledge of the possibilities. I did not get contacted for feedback. Full refunds should be offered if a whole day gets cancelled with no cause other than it might be hot.
