unfortunately, yes. We had everything approved with the camp in January, out of an abundance of caution I called the camp today to confirm that everything is set. They double booked our event. We would still be able to do those dates, but no one would be able to camp. going two weeks later would allow our community to camp. My apologies to anyone who it has inconvenienced, i tried my best to fight for our original date.
