If there are enough players with significant skill differences and/or women, we'll probably split the berths across divisions, with the higher divisions getting favored. If we don't have that many, then the berths will go to the top players in a single division. In the past, multiple top players either declined the berth or already had one, so I'd say this is a good chance for anyone that wants one to get one.
