If, in the opinion of the Tournament Director, lightning, excessive rain or hazardous conditions exist that make it impractical or dangerous to continue play, the tournament shall be suspended. The signal to suspend play shall be made in the same fashion as the signal to start, but using three short blasts.

This is the ruling for PDGA Tournaments. As of right now, there is a 30% chance of rain in the area at 11am, then again at 1&2pm. I'm hoping to be finished by 3PM. I will keep any eye on the Lightning situation. If lightning strikes within 5 miles we break until it is safe to return to play.
