Allen, Spectators are absolutely allowed. The park does allow dogs but if they are walking behind the group they would need to keep some distance from players. For an A tier like this, we want to make sure the experience of all players is good and consistent. The person walking with a dog can not act as a player caddy or support person in any way, they must just be a park patron/spectator from behind the group at a distance that does not impact players.
