Hi, Hope you are all well. I am sure your getting excited for the BC Open 2024. Here are some house keeping items for your preparations.

Please go to your preferred app store and search for BC Open and download the free app for the tournament. Here you will find the schedule, notifications and announcements through the event, links the PDGA live scoring, tee times, comments on parking, food, water, etc and most of all your caddie books with the ability to make notes on all holes.

If there is anything missing you can connect through disc golf scene and I try to monitor regularly.

During the event we will have a dedicated person monitoring all socials and communication channels to try and be as responsive as we possibly can. We will not be responding between 7pm and 7am though.

Raptors Knoll is all set to play. There is another big work party Tuesday late afternoon. More hands would be welcome. The place is looking great though.

The Campbell Valley course for holes 3 through 8 will change in the next 24 hours as we complete the design activities tomorrow. It will be ready for play by 11am Wednesday but there may be some “gardening” going on all day. We had some good news today that holes 9 - 18 will be mowed and bailed tomorrow.

Discmania course should be ready earlier than 1pm. Depends on the size of the set up crew starting at 7am. If we get lots then we could be “testing” it by 10am. It is a shared space till 1pm.

Remember to bring lots of water please.
