For future reference, as Wally said, the easiest way is to use the request withdrawal link through discgolfscene. It automatically sends all event staff an email and notifies us of all withdrawal requests that have not been processed any time we log into discgolfscene.

Thanks Matt! I didn’t realize that the withdrawal link sent you guys an email and I wanted to be sure to follow the directions to make it easier for you guys. Either way, thanks for your help and good luck with what I’m sure will be a great event!
